ORG principals have over 45 years of collective real estate experience and have accumulated a diverse portfolio of investment properties located in Northeast Ohio, an activity funded with capital from ORG’s principals and third party non-institutional investors. ORG has acquired and developed approximately two million square feet of apartment, office, medical, retail, industrial, research park and warehouse properties valued at over $200 million dollars.
ORG principals have extensive first-hand experience in all aspects of real estate including acquisition, finance, development, zoning, entitlement, construction, management, and disposition. Jonathan purchased his first multifamily property, Woodview Commons, in 1990 and ORG proceeded to develop several multifamily properties but retained Hunter’s Pointe, oversaw and directed the construction of a ground up multifamily development, Stonebrooke Village, and a unique senior living apartment concept, Newport Square, located in Warrensville Heights, Ohio.
ORG has developed and maintained an in-house team of property managers responsible for all aspects of property related operations, including budgeting, repair and maintenance, financial reporting, etc. ORG oversees all construction activities at ORG-owned properties, including development and tenant improvements. In this capacity, ORG zoned and entitled, reviewed project scope, collected bids from and contracted with architects, general contractors, and subcontractors, reviewed and approved plans, and managed construction activity, including ensuring the presence of an Owner’s Representative on site during construction.
